SHARING GOD'S LOVE AND HOPE IN THE UNION OF MYANMAR
Myanmar Christian Services was founded in 1975 by Minister Norman Ward. MCS was created to enable Christian workers in Myanmar to better reach their communities. Most in Myanmar are very poor and each day can be a big struggle. MCS helped by raising funds and creating awareness of the needs and struggles our Christian brothers and sisters were facing. Through the years, several seminaries and churches were built, and many new preachers and teachers have been equipped for service. Due to my father's declining health, MCS ceased operation in 2004. My name is Steve Ward, Norman's son. Because of the unmistakable call of God in my life, Myanmar Christian Services was re-established in February, 2017, in partnership with Harvey Waddelow, director of Missions Alive in Mooresville, IN. Myanmar Christian Services is a project based ministry, helping our friends in Myanmar and south east Asia reach their communities with the love of Christ!
This is the new beginning!
